This week was Travis and Eva's SPRING break! Makes you think of being outside in warm weather, fishing, hiking, sunshine, looking at beautiful new blossoms, right? No way! It was soooo cold most days! We did try and get out, going to our land at Indian Lake and doing some fishing. Eva caught the first crappie of the season (thanks, Eva for finding their home!... Michael went back the next day and caught 30-40!), but she did so in between whines of "I'm dying out here! I'm getting frostbite! Can we PLEASE go home!" Travis didn't even get out on the water, choosing instead to wrap up in a sleeping bag and taking a nap. We built a fire and grilled hamburgers. It was fun despite the cold.
